    Very stretchy and sturdy. The tags are useful when it comes to adjust or remove them. The variety of sizes gives you the chance to experiment which pressure is the best for you. On a personal note, I came to realize I prefer thicker rings since thin ones like these tend to get in the flesh and make it uncomfortable quicker.
