I have never used any devices prior to buying this, but I thought I would treat myself. I am glad I did! Any setting is fantastic, but I don’t doubt you can find a setting, on vibration and suction axes, that works best for you. I found one that varies each of these. The downside of the large variety and combinations of settings is complexity, and the manual is not very helpful (I, at least, am too lazy to read it). In any case, simply toggling the buttons (circle for suction, waves for vibration, and the central mystery button – maybe the source of variation?) will eventually go from perfectly enjoyable settings to optimal settings. I don’t doubt that muscle memory will develop soon enough to help me count button presses, given the rewards.
Two more downsides: the device is noticeably heavy, but not too much of a problem (that is, it is absolutely worth it. I suppose you can rig something to hold it in place if that is a problem). Stroking while ensconced in it is lovely, but can get tiring. That’s mostly fine because of the prevoously mentioned settings. Secondly, I would recommend turning it off immediately after you are done. It’ll just keep going, and my mind (as well as the target organ) was so far blown that I just sat there, sated, hoping it would stop, which obviously it didn’t! Too much of a good thing, alas.
Finally, one more good thing: the silicone insert is easy to clean thoroughly.
