Lubricant preferences are often predominantly a function of the individual so the value of a single review can be questionable. However, in this case I felt it might help if we shared our perspective.
Due to treatment subsequent to breast cancer and menopause natural lubrication is often insufficient for comfort. After trying different lubricants attempting to address the issue, we have found this lubricant works the best. If there is a negative aspect it might be the need for repeated application. However, that is obviously tempered by personal preferences and time.
