You have to remove the silicone suction part to turn it on as the button and charging port are on the bottom of the glass plug. Once the plug is turned on, you can use the remote. I really like all the different vibration options and that it has a remote. One of my favorites and the cold to warm options with the smoothness of glass are nice. Suction on the silicone base works well, but not my favorite way to use it. A fun addition when doing kegels as the intensity of the vibrations increases when doing them.
