    I just received these as my first set of kegels and I must say I was pleased with how they felt. Insertion was easy and they fit perfectly. Removal felt so good as they were nice and tight fitting when I pulled them out. Definitely a slow removal as I could see it being painful to remove too quickly. Definitely looking forward to more kegel exercises and purchasing more in the future

    Easy to insert/remove, even despite the size – use lube and/or the same maneuver as putting in a tampon. It doesn’t fall out or anything. The string is strong and makes it easy to remove.     These are comfortable to wear and I like that you don’t really hear the weighted balls moving around inside. (I own others that I can’t use in public because they’re made of hard plastic that clicks and clacks loudly with every step I take…) I also appreciate the retrieving cord being non porous for easy cleaning, even though it’s rather stiff.
    The only issue is that I noticed a tiny hole in the middle section that water tends to infiltrate when I wash it, but I think that might just be a defect on my specific set.

It is working, There is an awakening of the muscle that also invokes some pleasure. I do not see this as a medical device in entirety of course, it doe help. I am also getting libido back.
